First. Order your card and bank account

The first thing you should do is visit www.accentcardvisa.com and check the "Apply for an Account" menu

Second. Filling the order page

The order form is quite extensive and you need to fill it correctly. The parts of the forms are:


Personal Information

This is the easiest part of the form to fill. Simply use your personal information. Please be sure to use real information as they will ask you to send some documents later to prove it.


Personal ID / Passport Information

As a non uS resident you need to fill the second part of this section (the one below the red "or")

Here is the information you have to fill:
Passport number - Your passport number
Issued from: Which country your passport was issued
Expiration date: Your passport date of expiration

You need to have a current and valid passport. Later on you will need to send a scanned copy of this document so be sure all the information is right.


Create an Accent Password

Here you have to choose your accent password to access the private area of the site.


PIN

VERY important information. Here you have to choose a 4 digits number to be used with your ATM card. You have to note this numbers as this information wil not be send in any way.


Security Questions

This information will help accent card to check your identity if it is needed. Again, use real information and take note of the information you use.


Payment Methods

The price to order your bank account and card is US$50 (or the equivalent in your country). You can also send and extra US$30 if you wish to receive your card via express mail.

Each representative have different methods of payment. Faster ways of ordering are credit card and Paypal. You also have the choice to send wire transfers or bank deposits.

If you have an agent in your country, you will be able to send local transfers which are fast and cheap. I recommend this options if this is your case.


After you send the forma you will receive extra information on how to make your payment. Follow the instruction and complete your payment.

Extra Documents

Once you have send your order you will need to send some extra documents. Normally a copy of your passport, an utililty bill with your address and a photo ID (driver license or national ID works fine)

Simply scan the documents and send them.

If there is some extra information you need to send (i.e. notes detailing documents information) you should send them also.

The easiest way to send money to your account is via ACH transfer. To do this you will need the next information:

Activate your bank account

To activate your bank account simply send some money to it. You can do this by using the bank information and verify this account with paypal (or any other service that send ACH transfers)

Once the account has received some money it will be active

To access to your online banking for the first time follow the next steps:
Visit www.tomatobank.com, click login on the left menu, and login again if you see the announces page.
A pop up window will appear. DON'T click "first time login"
In the form use your username: your bank account number
In the form use the password: Accent1$
If you did it right, you will be promted to change your password. If you made a mistake an error message will show. Don't try more that 2 or 3 times as the system will lock your account
To change your password you need to follow some rules. Please read carfully and choose a new password. Take note of your new password and save it in a secure place.
You can also access the bank via the Accentcard site on the "Bank Account Login" link.

Click on your account number and then on transactions >> previous statement to see your first deposits.

Activating your card / withdrawing money

A few weeks later (or days, if your order via express mail) you should receive your card on the mail.

Now it's time to activate your card by using it on any VISA plus ATM.

Simply follow this steps:
Visit any VISA Plus ATM worldwide
Use your card PIN (the one you choose when you fill the order form)
Be sure to select "checking account"
Check your balance or make a withdrawal. Be sure to have in mind the service fees
